Return and Refund Policy - OLinow

At OLinow, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Intimate care products if they have been opened or used.
- Sale or clearance items (only refundable if defective).
- Gift cards.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at info@olinow.com with the subject "Return Request" and include:
- Order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Photos of the product in its current state (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider.
- If you still have issues, email us at info@olinow.com.
4. Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@olinow.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been shipped, and you will need to request a return.
