At OLinow, we are committed to providing our customers with clear and transparent information regarding our shipping processes. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM MST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within Canada.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the following countries:
- United States
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
For customers in Calgary, Alberta, we offer:
- Local Delivery: Available within a 20 km radius of our store. Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. A delivery fee of $5 applies to orders under $59; free delivery for orders over $60.
- In-Store Pickup: Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
8. Delays and Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. We will notify you promptly if there are significant delays affecting your order.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@olinow.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
10. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
